The Arthur W. Gray Collection, containing some 500 mounted sheets, represents a collection of the Kangaroo Issues of the Commonwealth of Australia which is believed to be the most complete ever to be formed.
The collection has attained International Recognition by being the first of any collection of Australian Commonwealth to have been awarded International Large Gold Medal Status. In achieving this distinction on three successive occasions at London 2000, Tokyo 2001 and Seoul 2002, it is likewise the first collection of Australian Commonwealth to have qualified for and been exhibited in the FIP Championship Class.

- American National Exhibition “Rompex 2002” Denver U.S.A. (8 frames). Gold (highest medal level achievable), with APS Award for Best Twentieth Century Exhibit and also Most Popular Exhibit Award.

- FIP First World Stamp Championship, Singapore 2004. Participant – Large Gold.
- Australian National Exhibition “Swanpex 2004” Fremantle. Participant in Tri-Nations Challenge (5 frames) – Large Gold with Grand Prix of Show and Australia Post Award.
